Purchase and Value Engineering

Purchasing is a key task of our mission. Our budgets are never open letters of credit and we always pay great attention to challenging them in order to ensure that our Clients' investment in FF&E remains as efficient as possible. In order to purchase, we will have to define the terms and conditions of consultations, define the terms and conditions of orders and payments from suppliers, proceed with calls for tenders or restrictive consultations, examine offers, provide recommendations, compile administrative and financial files of selected candidates and assist our Clients whenever it is required in their relations with suppliers. We always act in cooperation with our Clients and as no two Clients are alike, we always adapt to their respective processes.
