Audit and Consulting

The objectives of these audits are diverse according to the projects: they can consist in analysing a decorative project on a brand-new project or in inventorying and valuing the FF&E of an acquisition project for instance.

Consulting is an unavoidable aspect of our mission, it consists in providing our clients with a critical expert insight into furniture markets and cross layouts, with a real knowledge of hotel and construction site constraints. Each member of the MALAM FF&E Solutions team comes from either the trade or the hotel industry, which allows us to offer our clients advices with the objective of both value engineering and operating performance.
